Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring

Luxury vinyl plank, or LVP, copies the look of hardwood with convincing grain and texture, but it is made to be waterproof, scratch resistant and comfortable underfoot. It is a favorite for kitchens, basements, rentals and homes with kids and dogs.

Common questions about luxury vinyl plank

Is luxury vinyl plank really waterproof?

The planks themselves resist water. Seams, edges and the subfloor still need to be protected from standing water.

Will LVP dent or scratch?

A good wear layer resists scratches. Heavy point loads can dent any resilient floor, so use felt pads.

Can LVP go over my old floor?

Sometimes. It needs a flat, clean, solid surface. We check the existing floor and tell you if it must come up.
