How long does carpet last?

That depends on the fiber, density and traffic. A dense, good quality carpet over good pad lasts much longer.

Do I need new pad with new carpet?

Yes. Old pad is compressed and can harm the new carpet and its feel.

Can you remove my old carpet?

Yes. We remove and haul away old carpet and pad as part of the job.
