Large tile, luxury vinyl and engineered hardwood all need flat floors. A dip that seems minor can make a click-lock plank flex, a tile crack or a hardwood board pop. Self-leveling underlayment is a flowable cement that fills low areas and settles into a flat surface.
We level floors for homes and businesses across Middle Tennessee, including Nashville homes with older slabs and wood subfloors. We measure flatness, prime the surface, pour and spread the underlayment and let it cure before the flooring is installed.
